Portland Trail Blazers suffer defeat under the Denver Nuggets
Could this be a glimpse of how the main season for the Blazers would be? Or it could be just another bad news? The Portland Trail Blazers were on Friday night heavily beaten by the Nuggets in a game that ended in 129-96.
Nuggets took advantage early in the game by going ahead in double digits which saw the opposing side unable to recover the lead. By halftime, the scores were 79-48.
Blazers’ game against the Nuggets was the final pre-season game for the away side before their upcoming season-opening match against Utah in Portland on Wednesday.
This defeat against the Nuggets was the second in a row for the Blazers, after suffering a 31-point loss in last Wednesday’s match. Several fingers point to the absence of Damian Lillard having one way or the other caused their defeat.

With Bravo signed, the Timbers will have about 22 registered players with a contract. The team now comprises twelve midfielders, five defenders, three goalkeepers, and two forwards.
